Effective October 23, 2026. These terms describe the website and services of Project sidgrows LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Acceptance and services
By using sidgrows.com, you agree to these terms. Our services include content creation, trend analysis, workflow automation and Dossi, an AI assistant. Specific paid engagements may have a separate agreement. No financial advice, investment recommendation or guaranteed return is provided.
Dossi SMS program
Dossi SMS is operated by Project sidgrows LLC using (888) 443-5339. Customer-care messages provide answers and assistance with user-requested tasks. Account notifications provide reminders, task-status updates and completion notices that users request or enable. Each program has a separate optional choice on our SMS preferences page. This program excludes unsolicited marketing and affiliate promotions.
Activation: SMS service is not active yet. Messaging to a number begins only after phone verification and service activation. The preferences form records your consent; it does not itself send a message or guarantee service availability.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes.
Opt out: once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent. Contact ops@sidgrows.com to withdraw a request, correct your information or request assistance. Reply HELP for help when messaging is active.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Dossi is not an emergency service. For privacy information, read our Privacy Policy.
AI and user responsibility
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information before relying on it. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment or messages to recipients who have not consented. These website terms do not themselves authorize Dossi to take external actions on your behalf.
Intellectual property
Site content and proprietary systems belong to Project sidgrows LLC or their respective licensors. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, copying or exploiting them without permission is prohibited. Separate service agreements govern ownership of client deliverables.
Content and affiliate relationships
Our content services may use AI-generated imagery, voice and video. Synthetic performers are not real individuals. Disclosed affiliate links may generate commissions. Purchases from another seller are governed by that seller's terms. Affiliate content is separate from the Dossi SMS program.
Availability and limitations
Services are provided as available, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs or outcomes from third-party products. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, subject to applicable mandatory protections. Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date. A material change to SMS message purposes requires the appropriate consent; updating this page alone does not create that consent.
