Privacy policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Project sidgrows LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates sidgrows and Dossi. This policy covers this website, our content and automation services, and the Dossi SMS program.

Information we collect and why

We process information you provide when contacting us or using our services, such as contact details, requests and account information. Hosting and analytics services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver, secure and understand use of the website.

If you connect a third-party account, information is accessed within the permissions you authorize and used to provide the requested service. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials by text message.

Dossi SMS and consent records

The SMS preferences form collects your telephone number, the programs you select, the time of submission and the consent wording presented. It stores these requests in Cloudflare Workers KV. Submitting a form does not verify ownership of the number or activate messaging. We do not collect a contact list through this form.

When SMS service is activated, relevant messages, delivery information and messaging preferences are processed to answer requests, deliver opted-in updates, provide support and honor opt-outs. Twilio and telecommunications providers process data needed to deliver messages. Relevant request content may also be processed by the AI providers configured for the service.

Sharing and mobile information

We use service providers for hosting, storage, communications, security and requested service functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights or safety. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Dossi SMS enrollment does not enroll you in affiliate promotions or another business's messaging program.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Hosting and support providers may process these records solely on our behalf to operate and support this messaging program. This limited service-provider processing does not permit another business to use your consent or contact you for its own purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed for the service, consent and opt-out records, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Existing content-system analytics are retained for 90 days and API interaction logs for 30 days; these periods do not define retention for SMS consent records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or meet legal obligations.

To withdraw an SMS request, email ops@sidgrows.com. Once your number is verified and messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Choosing not to receive SMS does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.

Website and third-party services

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics. Cloudflare may receive technical information needed to provide these services. This site does not load third-party web fonts. Connected content services may include TikTok, YouTube, Google Cloud and Amazon Associates, depending on the service you use. Their own policies govern activity on their platforms.

TikTok and connected account data

When you authorize a connected content service, we use the authorized information for the requested publishing, account or analytics functions. We do not sell TikTok user data. You can manage connection permissions through the relevant platform and contact us about deletion.

Affiliate and AI-generated content

Our separate content business may earn commissions through disclosed affiliate links. Dossi's SMS program does not send affiliate marketing messages. Some service outputs use AI; synthetic performers are not real people, and AI-generated outputs can contain mistakes.
